The team of the junior professorship "Transformation to Sustainable Energy Systems" got two additions:
For the project "I4C" Dr. Cathrin Zengerling will be supported by Lina Irscheid for the legal analysis of the use of artificial intelligence in urban planning in climate change adaptation.
The project "Urban Footprints" will be expanded by Ahmed Tarek AlAhwal with his expertise on urban metabolism in general and on the case study city of Cairo in particular.
Within their very own individual specialization and in context of these projects, both will be working on their PhDs under supervision of Dr. Cathrin Zengerling. Additionally, they will enrich the teaching offered by the professorship.
