Excursion to the European Court of Human Rights
On 24.01.2023 our students had the opportunity to visit the European Court of Human Rights. We spent the morning in the premises of the Court, where we discussed with a lawyer the position of the Court on environmental cases issues. Afterwards, we listened to an input on the topic by the on environmental litigation in the European Court of Human Rights and on the Bern Convention by judge Elisabeth Lambert.
