Expert advisory board: "Global Compendium of Land Value Capture Policies"

The Global Compendium of Land Value Capture Policies was published in June 2022. A joint project by the OECD and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, it is an ambitious undertaking to understand the full landscape of land value capture (LVC) instruments, how they are configured and deployed across the globe in OECD countries and non-OECD economies, and what it would take to unleash their full potential as a sustainable revenue source.

Ahmed Tarek Alahwal from the Urban Footprints Project was among the experts who contributed through a survey and an advisory board on the book's section on Egypt. The book is currently available to read and download through the OECD website.
