Newly published chapter in Research Handbook on Climate Change Mitigation

In September 2022 the book chapter “Cities and climate change mitigation law from a polycentric and comparative perspective”, co-authored by Cathrin Zengerling (Albert-Ludwigs Universität Freiburg), Debora Sotto (Instituto de Estudos Avançados da Universidade de São Paulo) and Oliver Fuo (North West University, South Africa), was published as part of the second edition of the Research Handbook on Climate Change Mitigation Law. 

The Handbook provides a comparative overview of climate change mitigation issues and international regulatory approaches, bringing together expert contributors to analyse key sectors such as energy, transport, cities, industry, land use, agriculture and waste.
