Sustainability transformation at the University Freiburg
Between June 20 and June 27, 2022, the student collective “Transformationsuni 2.0“ occupied the
lecture hall 1010 and requested the University of Freiburg to declare that we are currently in a socio-
ecological crisis [1]. On June 27, the group accepted the offer of talks by the University and left the
lecture hall. We share the wish of the students to stimulate a sustainability transformation and
declare our agreement with the critical but constructive statements of solidarity by the research
group Sustainability Governance [2] and by Prof. Dr. Stefan Pauliuk [3].
